Job Description:
Abacus Global is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join its client (Public Sector Enterprise Islamabad). The available positions are based in Islamabad, but applicants from across the country are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Senior Officer General Procurement:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the procurement process for Public Sector Enterprise Islamabad, including planning, sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
- Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Officer Internal Audit:
- Conduct internal audits of Public Sector Enterprise Islamabad's operations and financial statements to identify and assess risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement recommendations to improve the company's internal controls and risk management practices.
- Report audit findings and recommendations to the company's management and board of directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or internal audit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
